Order processing

In the website you can order only those goods actually available in our stock. We always keep the great majority of our products in stock to ship them out as soon as possible.

Delivery methods

The purchased products will be sent to the address indicated by the customer. We work with the following carriers: TNT (Express or Economy Express), DHL (Express Worldwide), EuroExpress and FedEx. EuroExpress and Fedex forwarders offer the insured transport that is highly recommended for aluminium profiles. International shipping is now available for: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Finlad, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom.
Shipping costs change from carrier to carrier and according to weight.
At the time of delivery the customer is asked to check that the packaging is intact and not damaged. Any tampering or damage must be immediately notified to the carrier and written on the delivery sheet.

Payment methods

Purchases made on NaturNext are safe and reliable and you can choose the payment method you prefer.

- Bank transfer

If you decide to pay by bank transfer, your order will be processed only after we receive your payment. You must pay within 5 days from order date, otherwise your order will be automatically cancelled.
Remember that in the reason for payment you need to specify the order number and the order date.

- Cash on delivery

This service is available only for Italy.

- Credit Card/Paypal

Paypal allows you to pay through your own account or with credit card. Since you are immediately charged, your order will be processed automatically. Paypal payment provides an extra cost for service management fees equivalent to 1,7% of the total amount (VAT included).

Important:

Our aluminium profiles are sold in perfect conditions and always well packaged before shipment .
Goods could be damaged by the carrier during transportation. For this reason it is highly recommended to choose an insured shipment.
NaturNext S.r.l. will disclaim any liability for possible damages suffered by goods during transportation and will be obliged to refuse any demand for compensation if goods are shipped without insurance.
NaturNext Srl shall not be liable for missed or delayed deliveries due to causes of force majeure, such as strikes, measures of the Public Authorities, rationing or shortage of energy or raw materials, transportation difficulties, fires, floods and damage to industrial machinery, which are not attributable to NaturNext Srl.

Return policy

In the event of products purchased by mistake or never used, it is possible to return your purchase to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of the date the item was delivered. Please note that it is necessary to obtain an authorisation from NaturNext before shipping goods back. Return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
NaturNext cannot accept returns in the following cases:

• Damaged products
• Products that are not in their original condition
• Partial shipment of goods
• Missing or not original packaging (having different labels or adhesives)
• Product malfunctioning due to an incorrect installation

The customer is asked to add the waybill to the package. Our technical department will decide if the product is refundable or not after checking it. If the product does not show any damage and works properly or if it shows a manufacturing defect (that it is not due to a wrong installation), its price will be refunded by bank transfer or Paypal.

Package Inspection Procedure

Thoroughly inspect the products upon arrival to check for any damage or possible contaminants in the substrates: contact us if there are any anomalies, describing the issue before opening and using the product, as failure to do so will void the warranty.

The warranty is void once the product is opened or inoculated.

Please inspect the packaging before opening it to check for cracks or other issues that may have occurred during transport.

We request that you send detailed photos of any damage found on the still-sealed products.

Send the PDF below via email to info@naturnext.it and include the return form with the package to be returned. If the form is not completed, the return will be refused.
