- 8 slices of rustic bread
- 200 g fresh or rehydrated dried porcini mushrooms

- 200 g flour
- 150 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100 g butter
- 1 packet of yeast
- 3 apples
- 100 g walnuts - 100g
- Cinnamon to taste
- 100 g blended champignons
Preparation
Prepare a dough with flour, sugar, eggs, butter, yeast, and a pinch of salt. Peel the apples, slice them, and place them on the bottom of a cake tin. Crumble the dough over the apples, sprinkle with chopped walnuts and cinnamon. Bake until golden brown.
