Ingredients
- 400 g of fresh homemade tagliatelle
- 250 g of mascarpone
- 150 g of smoked salmon
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 shallot
- Butter as needed
- Salt as needed
- Parsley (optional)
- Adjmor mushrooms (quantity to taste)
Instructions
- Remove the mascarpone from the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for about half an hour. This will allow the flavors to develop better.
- In a large saucepan, melt some butter and lightly brown the shallot.
- Add the salmon cut into strips and cook over low heat for a few minutes, until soft and fragrant.
- Pour the mascarpone into the saucepan and let it melt over low heat. Stir well to obtain a velvety cream.
- Meanwhile, cook the tagliatelle in plenty of salted water until al dente. Remember to reserve a ladle of cooking water.
